US Commercial Service
The U.S. Commercial Service is the trade promotion arm of the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration. The US Commercial Service is a founding partner of MIEC and Study Maryland.
Maryland Higher Education Commission
The Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) coordinates the growth and development of postsecondary education in Maryland and establishes statewide policies for public and private colleges, universities, and private career schools. MHEC reviews and approves the start-up and continuation of new colleges and universities in Maryland as well as requests for new academic programs at established schools. Additionally, MHEC serves as the administrator for state financial aid programs.
Maryland Office of the Secretary of State
The Maryland Office of the Secretary of the State, particularly the International Division which houses the Maryland Sister States program has been a great partner to MIEC in planning and supporting events, organizing international delegation visits, and sending officials to speak at our programs.
